Look for ways to engage your clients with loyalty programs, packages, referral incentives…the sky is the limit on this one. Look through websites to see what the fun unofficial month/day celebration is (like National Flip Flop Day!) Things like that provide an opportunity to create one day specials that are fun and enticing. Your clients will always be wondering what fun new special you’ll be offering next….and tell their friends!

Finally, one of the most important keys is trust. If your clients feel that you truly care about their needs and you offer support and sound advice, they will stick with you.
